The Vegan Taco Challenge.

“Vegetarians are at a lower risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes reports the American Heart Association.”

There are many reasons why people goes vegan, just for healthier lives, others want to live longer, others because to take care of the preservation of the planet and its natural resources, other ones because for love from animals and ethical choice to eat these cuties.

Whatever is your personal choice to be a vegetarian, from our moms to our family Doctor, they always recommend that we consume, grain products vegetables and fruits. And no surprise why and estimate of 70 percent of all diseases, including one-third of cancers, are related to diet.

Yes! I already ate today my portion of veggies mom, before you call me to ask after reading this. Sorry guys, back to the content.

So many are the health benefits to be vegetarian, and the paradise to engage with, while been part of it.
I’m sure you are discovering the culinary world of mushrooms, the wonderland of beans and the kingdom of tofu, which they have an amazing immune system soldiers, an armament of a high source of fiber and an army full of protein.
That been said, all vegetable products are full of colour, textures and flavours, so let’s put some hit and give them some love.

For all my meat-free readers, let’s make those veggies sing, and those tacos glow.

  1. I love this post, specially because so many people are gradually becoming vegan or at least cutting out a lot of meat in their diet, for health sake. For me, my sister wants to go vegan and since I’m the chef in the house, I need new ideas! Thanks for sharing.
